" IT'S NOTHING LIKE INDIA " |
|
“Its nothing like India” the statement is true itself, there is no restriction like America and Europe not necessary to be educated to became a minister, as we have elected bulk of illiterates as ministers & MLAs. We Indian are so sophisticated that we don’t even think elected politician is uneducated and no matter if that person is having criminal cases, crime records. We are living in a country having billion of population, with a big pool of so called intellectual people don’t even care about what is happening in politics, well I am not blaming all of them while some are putting up their efforts like Nafisa ali, Govind dhaske and many more but they are social workers not politicians, while it is a very important issue for a country that who is going to run the utmost important governing body. |
A report published in leading newspaper revealed about ”Golma Devi” who is a new minister in Ashok gehlots`s congress government (Rajasthan) took three days to learn how to sign her official oath letter, BJP leader’s wife was struggling to read the letter, We still believe in castes and community and personnel relations, we still are thinking about ourselves only our personnel life, what else for a youngster a good job may be which can earn 10,000 to 20,000 per month, good relations with family and friends some outing, bunch of girlfriends etc. |
India needs young, energetic and educated politicians who can bring some appropriate change in our political system. If we ask from some young students about their future plans they probably say IT professional, Engineer, doctor etc, What about being a politician? Is being a politician is a curse? If it is, so why is it so? We blame politicians they are making our country ill the system is pathetic, they all are corrupt and so on. We are the one who elects them we should not forget that most of so called responsible citizens cast their vote to any political party on their terms and conditions, money, some personnel work to be done, or some can cast their vote for a bottle of wine, its true I am a witness of this so called election drama.
What about being intellectual and English speaking community do they care about that who is going to govern the utmost governing body, is the individual is educated, having a character to actually deserve the position. We are still involved in caste religion and reservation system as per the recruitment in politics, we are still electing people who are good for nothing, they are gold diggers, what can we expect from a illiterate politician who is just a puppet of bureaucrats and high officials, if these kind of people are going to make the policies which will affect billions life so you can judge the output better. Golma devi is not one of its type you can count a big pool of MLAs and Ministers who are in the category, how can we forget Rabri devi she is wife of present Railway Minister Laloo yadav, the turn out in railway must reflect a better face of planning and policies of our minister but what about the IAS officers and brilliant minds behind him, these officials are the concerned people for the betterment, the ministers have huge mass following which the officers lack in, however they got brilliant education and intelligence but i think this is not enough for Indian democratic community. |
What these uneducated ministers represent is a big uneducated community which is governing a huge nation a nation which epitomizes biggest army of engineers, Surgeons and IT professionals, IAS we have educated people at a helm of affairs everybody knows we are the best, most of surgeons engineers, IT professionals in America and Europe are Indians. Count on a number of Indians serving as chief medical officers in US. The country which is mother of these outrageous professionals is run by people who are just learning how to do their initials. Don’t we feel shame how they behave in parliament and Vidhan sabha they use abusive language, who can forget their crass behavior even they can go violent. Well some think that only these uneducated politicians can deal with the raw political system of country they know the typical scenario of the country, and indulge according to situations For a while if we agree from their point of view then its time for us to became a totally dumb deaf and tolerant society.
We have had enough of mimic full smile passing politicians with joining hands, these “khadi clad” are no longer a symbol of patriotism not like Jawaharlal Nehru,
Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Sarojini Naidu and Mahatma Gandhi the real leaders and educated as well, Sarojini Naidu attained national fame for entering the Madras University at age of 12, she was the one who traveled to England at age of 16 to study Kings college London and Girton college, Cambridge, and of course no need to specify about Nehru, Gandhi and Rajendra Prasad ji. Do we want people like Phoolan Devi, Rabri Devi, Golma Devi sitting in Lok sabha get rid of these Devi`s, Compare these highly educated, patriotically outrageous, dedicated and highly talented leaders with todays so called “Neta ji” and “Behen Ji”. I see Maya wati adopted a new step to pamper voter’s, her party members distributed a shawl and sweet box among the people who stamped on her voting symbol the Elephant (Haathi), what a charismatic and inspiring act. Think once again we have to rework on the guidelines for eligibility criteria of MPs and MLAs:
First of all Graduation degree is must for every candidate.
We don’t want any criminal records.
|
We want MPs and MLAs who know what they are saying.
We want sensible people who so not make foolish remarks.
As per Experience we no longer need Zila panchyat and Zila parishad experienced MPs.
Today we need people who don’t worry about next elections to save the seat but take forward steps and courageous decisions, Some inspiring and iconic people, someone who only puts a tag of leaders but should have all charismatic characteristics. Who can relate with educated youth of country who can inspire them to take steps towards politics these new seeds will proceed to the new roots of new India.
